lost laundry

The service was shockingly inconsistent, especially at the restaurant. I expected far more from a place in a renowned wine region, but the staff seemed patchy and unprofessional. To top it off, I lost some clothes sent for laundry, and when I asked for help, I was pushed towards their outsourced cleaning company instead of receiving direct assistance.

What a lovely retreat among the vineyards! The Comfort Room was a cozy haven, impeccably modern, and the outdoor pool was a delightful escape to relax while soaking up the sun. Dinner was definitely the highlight too—Burgundian cuisine paired beautifully with local wines, especially that iconic Lamrays. The staff's attentiveness truly enhanced the whole experience.
